Terms of Service

i. General Terms and Conditions
- The artworks made for the client is for personal use only. Completed works should not be distributed and commercialised without the artist’s permission.
- Please respect my works especially with rough sketches, and do not use A.I. to complete it and replicate my style and artworks.
- I have the right to refuse a commission.
- I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media and use it for portfolio purposes.
- If the client wishes to repost the commission on social media, Please tag, reference, or place a link to my carrd.co (my Commission Page).
- Upon sending a Commission Form or reaching out through a direct message, it will be assumed that you have agreed and read the Terms and Conditions.I. Commission Details
- Base Prices are given in the Styles and Pricing Page, note that the price of the piece is subjected to change depending on its complexity. Once the commission form is reviewed, I will then be sending the final price of the commission via an invoice thru the preferred way of communication.
- Additional characters will be 50% of the base prices for Character Focused Commissions.
- There will be a total 5 revisions given per commission: 2 major revisions for the sketch and lineart phase and 3 minor revisions for the color phase. I will no longer accept revisions for the final render phase. If there is a need for further revisions, I will charge additional fees.
- Allotted time: 1-2 weeks will be given for each commission, but it may vary depending on the number of commissions I will take.
- For rushed orders, an additional 25% of the price will be added. Please allot me at least 3 - 7 days before the deadline.
- Standard Commission Size: 3000 by 4000 px (3:4) canvas with 300 dpi. Custom sizes may be discussed. There will be two types of the artwork given: one signed and one without.II. Commission Process
- Book a slot by filling out a commission sheet or dm-ing through any social media sites.
- 1-3 working days will be allotted for review and approval from me. Note that I may message the client for further clarifications and questions.
- Once accepted, I will send an invoice of the total fees and will require a 50% down payment before starting the commission. Full payment will be gladly accepted if the client wishes to do so.
- Rough Sketch Phase: in this phase, I will be sending the client rough sketches to them, for checking, suggestions and feedback. Note that cancellations are still allowed at this point.
- Final Sketch and Lineart Phase: in this phase, I will be accepting 2 major revisions on the composition of the piece.
- Coloring Phase: I will be accepting 3 minor revisions regarding the color schemes and details about the piece.
- Final Rendering: I will no longer be accepting further revisions.
- Final payments and remaining balances must be settled first before I will send the final piece in full resolution through email. A receipt will be included.III. Will Draw/ Will not draw
- Will Draw: Males/ Females/ Non-binary, Original characters, Fanart, Stylized Portraiture, Nature Scenery, Pets, Animals, Mecha, Anything as long as I am comfortable with it.
- Will not draw: NSFW, Hate / Negative ContentIV. Commission Payment
- Base Prices are in US Dollars and Philippine Peso. Note that these prices are subjected to change and the final price details will be given through an Invoice via email.
- I will be accepting payments through: Gcash, Paymaya, Bank Transfer (Metrobank), or Paypal
- Please do not send in the payment before I have accepted the commission.That was all of it! I hope you got the gist of the process and terms and services. If you wish to commission me please refer to the Commission Form to help sort things out.

i. Character Illustrations
Characters as the main subjects with a simple background.

Style A: Simple and Clean

Bust Shots / Chibi: 30 USD | Php 1700
Half Body Shots: 35 USD | Php 2000
Full Body: 40 USD | Php 2300

Style B: Colors do Pop!!
Going wild with the colors.Base Prices
Bust Shots / Chibi: 40 USD | Php 2300
Half Body Shots: 45 USD | Php 2570
Full Body: 50 USD | Php 2850

ii. Full Illustrations [Character/s + Background]
Fully Rendered Pieces. Price can vary depending on the complexity of the piece and number of characters.

Starting Price: $100 | Php 5700

iii. Other Forms and Style: Character Design Sheets, Logos Design and Animation
Prices can be discussed through the client's preferred platform.

Additional Fees
- Additional Characters will be 50% of the base prices. (for Character Focused Pieces).
